Where are you located?

I am located in the North of Israel. I will ship some orders from here, but some will ship to the UK and USA from stock already stored in these countries, whenever possible, so that you get them sooner. 

Are all the items in stock?

I do try my best to have all items in my store in stock, but since I sell in various marketplaces, I cannot guarantee that everything is in stock all the time. If it is not in stock, I can usually obtain it within a few days and I will let you know if there is a delay. I receive new stock each week.

How can I pay?

Private customers usually pay in advance of shipment by Paypal, however, if you wish to you can also pay direct to my UK bank account, or send a UK cheque to and address in the UK that I will give you. I reserve the right to wait until the cheque has cleared before shipment. If you want to pay to a US bank account, that can be arranged.  If you need me to send you a paypal payment request, please ask. 

Institutions (churches, hospitals, hospices, schools, etc) can submit a purchase order and pay upon receipt of goods.

How much is postage & packing?

You can choose airmail shipping based on your location.  At the moment is shows the UK and USA only.  if you are from elsewhere please contact me. Shipping is based on weight and is calculated automatically after you put items in the shopping cart and you choose your location. Currently, the post office is not shipping to Australia, becaue of COVID.   I can only accept large orders from Australia, that I can send out with DHL or FedEx. 

When will I receive my order?

This depends. In most cases orders ship out within two working days. The average time for delivery to the UK is 7 - 14 days to UK or 7 - 21 days to USA. These are only approximations and it can take longer especially in busy times of the year. If you need it faster, I can send it by Express Mail but there will be an extra charge for this - I will have to get a shipping quotation for you from DHL or UPS. I try whenever possible to  ship UK and USA orders out directly from stock that is already in the UL and USA. so that you will get it as soon as possible. 

*** All incoming mail to the USA is X-rayed by Homeland Security. At certain times of the year (usually the run-up to Xmas) there are delays with it clearing customs. I cannot be responsible for these delays, so please take them into account when ordering.

Will there be any international taxes, duties, etc. to pay?

Everything has got a bit complicted in the UK because of  Brexit.  Let me try to make sense of it.  When shipping to the UK, below the cost of £130, VAT I need to charge VAT.  If it is over £130 the customer is supposed to pay it when the item arrives in the UK, but the system might actually charge you for it and I would have to refund you.   If i can split the order that might work .  But whatever happens, we will work it out.   It might be best to send me a message through the contact page or email me info@holyroses.com before you order.  Who knows, I might even  be able to offer you a better price.  There shouldn't be any import duties when shipping to the UK and the US because of trade treaties. 

Other countries - import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  Germany, Sweden and Australia have started to incur charges in the last few months.     

Are there any countries that you do not ship to?

I have had problems sending to Italy, Russia, and some South and Central American countries. Whilst I do not like excluding anyone, I reserve the right not to ship to these countries.

What about Returns?

I am pleased to say that this does not come up too often since the vast majority of customers are satisfied. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them. Please contact me before returning any items so I can send you the correct information as to how and where to send it. You are responsible for the cost of returning unless I made an error or the item is damaged. Food products and personalized jewelry can not be returned.

What about Packaging?

To help save our planet we always try to use recycled, clean boxes, envelopes, and bags whenever possible.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Do you send out samples?

If you are responsible for purchasing for an organization such as school, hospice or hospital I would be happy to send you a sample.
