Shipping
We currently have shippeing prices listed for America and the UK. We also have some products stored in these locations and when possible they will ship from there, so that you receive them quicker. If not, they will ship from Israel. If you want items shipped to another country and no shipping cost is shown, please contact us and we will try to help. I currently removed the option because of changs in customs regulations in many countries and I need time to sort it out. But I am able to ship to anywhere that the Israel Post Office ships to. There are current shipping restrictions because of COVID in shipping to some countries.
Returns Policy
I am pleased to say that this does not come up too often since the vast majority of customers are satisfied. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them. Please contact me before returning any items so I can send you the correct information as to how and where to send it. You are responsible for the cost of returning unless I made an error or the item is damaged. Food products and personalized jewelry can not be returned.
As soon as I receive the item back, I will refund you, in the same method as you paid.
