Our products are made in the Holy Land, primarily in Bethlehem and surrounding areas. We source our items from local artisans who have been crafting these unique pieces for generations.

Yes, all our products are handmade. Each item is carefully crafted by skilled artisans, ensuring that every piece is unique and of the highest quality.

The majority of our products are made from high-quality olive wood sourced from the Holy Land. We also use other materials such as twine and metals for charms and keychains.

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. For orders of over 48 units, please contact me directly at info@holyroses.com. I particularly enjoy working with hospitals, hospices, schools, and churches to provide meaningful products for their communities..

Purchasing & Shipping 

If you are in the USA or UK to place an order, simply browse our products on our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

If you are in the USA you can often find our products on Amazon, to receive it faster. 

If you want items shipped to another country and no shipping cost is shown, please contact us and we will try to help.  I currently removed the option because of changs in customs regulations in many countries and I need time to sort it out.

We currently accept PayPal (which allows you to use a credit card without needing to register) and bank transfers. We’re also working on adding new payment methods to make your shopping experience even more convenient!

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.  Currently, you need to Contact us if you are not in the USA. Canada or the UK to sort out the shipping costs. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. If you are in the USA, Canada or the UK you can see the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.  If you are anywhere else you will need to Contact us.

 

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@holyroses.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@holyroses.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, whether through a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
